Where most landlords want to lock you into a lease and make you pay until the end of it, we’re happy to provide far more flexible terms to encourage long-term development and to work with you to ensure that your business can grow.
Where appropriate (frequently in the case of start-ups) we are happy to assess your business potential and work with you to negotiate a lease that best suits your needs.
Tenancies are available as a standard lease or license.
Rates & Prices:
Prices start at £4 per sq ft and terms vary according to size of rental and lease length.
The annual service charge covers heating, lighting, buildings insurance, and maintenance of car parking and common areas and is charged in line with current energy prices. Standard electricity is also included with 3-Phase supply available on a separate meter.
As a rural location, business rates at Three Bridge Mill are considerably lower comparable rates for urban business premises.
