At Three Bridge Mill we want to help to create and encourage successful businesses.

Where most landlords want to lock you into a lease and make you pay until the end of it, we're happy to provide far more flexible terms to encourage long-term development and to work with you to ensure that your business can grow.

Where appropriate (frequently in the case of start-ups) we are happy to assess your business potential and work with you to negotiate a lease that best suits your needs.

Space is available on short-term lease, with six-month rolling leases available.

Rates & Prices:

Prices start at £3 per sq ft and terms vary according to size of rental and lease length.

Annual service charge is £1.25p per sq ft to cover heating, lighting, buildings insurance, and maintenance of car parking and common areas. Standard electricity is also included with 3-Phase supply available on a separate meter.

At around £1 per sq ft, business rates at Three Bridge Mill are far lower than the surrounding towns where you would expect to pay £2 - £3 per sq ft for a comparable space.
