About Three Bridge Mill

A former agricultural building, Three Bridge Mill was bought by Adrian Hornsey Ltd in 1989 and completely refurbished to a modern, high specification.

On purchasing the property, Adrian Hornsey Ltd stripped, remodelled, insulated and furnished Three Bridge Mill with heating and renewed services that have been continually updated ever since.

The entire building was used for over ten years as a wholesale antiques business with furniture manufacture and restoration taking place on site as well as a trade counter for antique sales.

In 2000, the building was converted into smaller units for rental and has shown a good rate of occupancy ever since. The property is managed full time by Martin Hornsey, who ensures that tenants needs are met at all times.
